Shipping fees within Australia

We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders above $50.
For orders under $50, or customers seeking an expedited shipping option, prices start at $7.50.

Delivery times within Australia

Standard shipping: Within 2-6 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding official public holidays).
Express shipping: Within 1-4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding official public holidays).

You will receive an email containing tracking details when your order has been dispatched.

Please note: Delivery timeframes are a guideline and subject to any unforeseen or unavoidable events beyond Parlor Tea’s reasonable control.

Shipping internationally

We currently ship via our web store to New Zealand, USA, Canada, UK, and Ireland. Shipping to each country varies and is calculated on a weight-based system quoted at check out.

Parlor Tea is currently unable to support time slot delivery.

Parlor Tea reserves the right to cancel and refund orders that are destined for delivery to known freight forwarding addresses.

Prices and Payment

All prices on the Parlor Tea website are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST.

Parlor Tea accepts payments via credit card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express) or PayPal.

By purchasing a product online from Parlor Tea you agree to pay an amount totaling the sum price of each product ordered at the time you make the order, the cost of delivery, and any subsequent fees required.

Here’s our returns policy

Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Parlor Tea, 2/322 Brunswick Street, Fitzroy 3065 VIC Australia.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping items valued at over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
